MENTORING PROGRAMMES

LaMatu’s work extends beyond individual career success. A core part of the practice is contributing to social impact by supporting underrepresented professionals through mentoring. This work focuses on creating greater access to career clarity, confidence, and opportunity for individuals navigating structural, cultural, or professional barriers. Through mentoring engagements with international programmes, foundations, and professional communities, LaMatu supports participants in strengthening employability, leadership confidence, and decision-making capacity—helping them move forward with clarity and agency in their careers. My mentorship focuses on supporting female professionals and entrepreneurs by providing guidance on career development, leadership, and entrepreneurship. These programmes empower individuals to grow personally and professionally within international and diverse environments.

Over the years LaMatu has partnered with multiple organisations acting in a capacity of a coach, mentor and workshop facilitator. I have served as a mentor through various prestigious programmes, including the Momentum - Fast Track to Entrepreneurship, The Female Factor, Femme Palette, CEMS Mentorship Programme, and Career Vitality Mentor Programme by Female Ventures. Femme Palette

Global Community for Future Female Leaders

Femme Palette is an international organisation helping women advance in their careers by connecting them with an industry expert to act as of their personal mentor, and facilitate 1:1 mentoring sessions. Femme Palette helps people grow in their careers through mentoring by running a mentoring programme, and organising educational and networking events for the community in Amsterdam and other European cities.

Momentum Fast Track

Entrepreneurship Programme

In partnership with Equals, Startupbootcamp, Unknown Group and Workmode. If you are a female professional embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, then this programme designed for female professionals by female professionals is for you. In its 4,5-months-long startup accelerator programme, participants learn to discover their superpowers with a dedicated coach and business mentor to guide them on their entrepreneurial journeys.

Global Community for Future Female Leaders

The Female Factor is committed to closing the leadership gap by enabling the next generation of female decision-makers to get their seat at the table. Empowering Diverse Leaders in AI

The mission of AI4ALL is to establish the next generation of AI changemakers that humanity needs by equipping diverse, emerging talent with the responsible AI skills and social capital needed for collective success. Its mission is to empower everyone, especially women and the next generation, to learn how to use AI responsibly and foster innovation that addresses the biggest challenges facing women, the planet, health, and future generations.

Career Vitality Mentor Programme

Held in partnership with EWOB European Women on Boards and Odyssey, The Career Vitality Mentor Programme gives female professionals the unique opportunity to set themselves up to be their best selves and to have a vital, ambitious career that suits them. It is a programme for female professionals, by female professionals that will help you be balanced, choiceful and authentic. The programme is designed for female professionals, entrepreneurs or women working in a corporate setting. Its goal it to design a vital career path in which the participants can grow personally and professionally. It supports ambitious women on their journeys to define their career goals, and create a path that is aligned with them as individuals.

Professional Women's Network

International Mentorship Programme

The International Mentorship Programme aims to support female members of PWN, at all levels of their career, to find their ways to progress; develop their leadership and decision-making skills; and embrace their growth in an international environment. PWN offers its members the opportunity to join a community of ambitious professionals passionate about continuing their professional development journey. The programme provides an effective mentoring structure to ensure that you get the most out of your mentoring experience, by calling upon a wide range of mentors, ensuring the best possible match for you, and following up on your progress through the mentoring cycle to ensure that the experience is a positive one. The International Mentoring Programme offers its participants various occasions to leverage your mentoring experience.

Global Mentoring Day

Amsterdam Edition

Global Mentoring Day event takes place each year around the International Women’s Day in Amsterdamse Bos. It is organised by the Polish Professional Women in the Netherlands Society in partnership with Vital Voices. Each edition of the the Global Mentoring Walks convenes established women leaders to mentor emerging women leaders as they walk together in their communities. These women are different, but they are guided by a shared belief: power expands the moment it is shared. Through their efforts, thousands of women and girls came together across cultures, generations, religions, countries and identities to bring this message to life. The Society of Polish Professional Women in the Netherlands has been organising the Global Mentoring Walk in Amsterdam since 2017 and with each subsequent edition the number of the participants grew significantly.

CEMS Mentorship Programme

Giving back to the Alumni Community

Being part of the Master’s in International Management programme at the Community of the European Management Schools has been a life-changing experience for me. It opened new horizons, broadened my perspective and helped me develop life-lasting friendships. In order to give back to my ‘alma mater’ student community I offer special career advice and mentorship sessions to the CEMS students and fellow graduates at special rates. ECHO Expertise Centre for Diversity Policy is a Dutch organisation focused on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and the labour market. Through mentoring programmes, training, and advisory work, ECHO supports individuals and organisations in creating more inclusive professional environments. Its mentoring initiatives bring together professionals from diverse backgrounds to foster reflection, mutual learning, and career development within a broader inclusion and social impact framework.
