QUALIFICATIONS

My journey into professional coaching is a natural extension of this path. It is rooted in a strong foundation of professional experience and a deep interest in human development. Throughout my managerial career, I completed multiple leadership programmes and courses to develop and apply coaching skills in a business context. Over more than a decade, I have refined my expertise through formal training in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, integrating business acumen with psychological frameworks and approaches such as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and mindfulness. In addition to my academic background, I have completed extensive formal training at recognised institutions in the fields of professional coaching, psychology, counselling, NLP, and yoga. I hold professional credentials across these disciplines and maintain active membership in relevant professional associations. To qualify as a certified career, mindset, personal leadership, and lifestyle coach, I have undertaken comprehensive training over a period of more than 10 years. These experiences—combined with numerous personal development programmes and in-company training initiatives throughout my corporate career—have enabled me to build a multi-disciplinary coaching toolkit that supports my clients in a practical, grounded, and effective way.
