PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS AND AWARDS

As far as I can remember I have been inspired by learning, which led me to complete my higher education with multiple Master degrees. I continued my education throughout my working career, focusing on vocational training in project and team management skills.

My learning trajectory demonstrates a life-long commitment to growing and developing my skills. I have always been motivated by the possibility of expanding my knowledge and broadening my horizons. My curiosity and fascination with the world around me to go beyond the traditional scholarly education, leading me to seek out new experiences, grow my comfort zone and master news skills. The achievements featured below are a result of focused effort and pure joy of learning.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Besides my academic path, I followed formal training at renowned institutions in the fields of professional coaching, psychology, counselling, neuro-linguistic programming and yoga. I hold professional credentials in all of these areas and am a registered member of professional associations in the field of coaching, NLP and alternative therapy. In order to become professionally certified as a career, mindset, personal leadership and lifestyle coach I have completed extensive formal training over a period of 10 years in the Netherlands and UK. All these experiences, together with multiple personal development seminars and in-company training programmes that I had attended throughout my career, have helped me in assembling my coaching toolkit.

LaMatu is a registered member of several renowned institutions in coaching and alternative therapies. As a professional coach I am a member of several associations, including the International Coaching Federation. LaMatu is also registered at the Dutch professional association of alternative therapists Collectief Alternatieve Therapeuten (CAT) and GAT. All those organisations perform thorough screening and their members pledge to abide by a professional ethical code.

COACHING AND COUNSELLING

In 2021 I graduated as a Certified Professional Coach from the Dutch "Associatie voor Coaching". I pursued further training in order to deepen my understanding of social and emotional intelligence and positive psychology. In my work with clients I use elements of techniques such as voice dialogue and systemic work including mini family constellations. In 2025 I became certified by LIVP as a Confidential Counsellor and Advisor (Dutch: "Vertrouwenspersoon").

COACHING AND NLP CREDENTIALS

I started studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2016 in London under the guidance of Dr. Richard Bandler. I continued my studies both in English and Dutch in Amsterdam, where I obtained double credentials of a Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP. I pursued further formal training in the Netherlands in order to become certified as as a mindset, personal leadership, lifestyle and life strategy coach.

I hold 4 Master degrees, including an MA cum laude from University of Warsaw, a double MSC from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Master's in International Management from CEMS. My fields of studies spanned across international business, marketing, management, linguistics, teaching and culture, all of which I keep applying in my work as a coach. In the course of my studies I was granted two international scholarships, which allowed me to spend a full academic year in Germany and one semester in Spain.

MEDITATION AND YOGA

Since November 2019 I have completed over 850 hours of yoga teacher courses held at Delight Yoga Academy, certified by Yoga Alliance. I finished my RYT® 200 Yoga Teacher training in 2021 and obtained RYT® 300 certification in 2023. On my yoga journey I have participated in multiple workshops and retreats, where I practiced holistic techniques including not only yoga asanas, but also ayurveda, yoga nidra, breath-work and different forms of meditation.
