Join the 2023 edition of the Career Vitality Mentor Programme during a kick-off session on on Tuesday, 27th of June, 2023. This event is organised by the Female Ventures in partnership with EWOB European Women on Boards and Odyssey. It will be the 14th edition of the programme for EWOB. The programme will take place over 6 months between June and December 2023. Monika Matuszewska from LaMatu will be participating at this initiative in the capacity of a mentor.

LANGUAGE
This programme will be conducted in English. Professional working proficiency of English is required for participation. Mentoring sessions with Monika Matuszewska from LaMatu can be conducted in either Dutch, English or Polish.

EUROPEAN WOMEN ON BOARDS
A not-for-profit organisation operating at a pan European level based in Brussels, Belgium. The association promotes gender equality in decision-making at C-suite and board level across Europe. It inspires senior women to achieve their career aspiration, supporting the European Commission’s target of 40% of women representation at board level.
The motto of EWON is to achieve gender diversity in decision-making. ODYSSEY
Launched in 2009, Odyssey is a global mentoring programme, where top executives volunteer their time to help talented women in business, non-profit organisations or the public sector, grow personally and professionally. The objective of the programme is to help these women reach their true potential. Odyssey’s mentors are successful and widely respected business leaders who are CEOs or senior executives. At the same time, they must be people, who are willing to share skills, knowledge and expertise and act as a positive role model.
