In some cases the payment is handled directly by the employer. For clients based in the Netherlands the invoice will feature the regular Dutch BTW (VAT) amount, which is currently 21%. If your business is registered in another EU-member country and you would like the invoice to be addressed to your company, the reverse charge mechanism may apply. Please let LaMatu know about this requirement and provide your company’s valid VAT number prior to booking. In this case a 0% VAT rate can be applied as an exception. Please note that retroactive changes, requested after the payment stage, will not possible.
LaMatu issues invoices for all of its services featuring the Dutch BTW (VAT) 21% rate with the corresponding amount. The invoice be used for filling in your tax declaration and claiming tax deductions, as well as to receive reimbursement of costs from your employer. You can choose for your invoice to be addressed either to you as an individual or to your company’s address. You will provide the necessary details during the checkout process, after which the invoice will be emailed to you immediately after payment.
