ABOUT THE TRANSFORMATION GAME WORKSHOP

The Transformation Game helps you gain deep insights and transform the way you play your life. It’s about looking at your life and the kinds of experiences you create, seeing how you react to them and how you can use these insights for your own growth. Participants often describe their experience as heartwarming and uplifting. The process leaves them with a new sense of clarity and a deep, inner resolve which helps them face their worldly dilemmas.

The Transformation Game is a playful yet profound self-knowledge tool designed to support personal growth. Played around a board, it offers a unique experiential journey where life scenarios unfold in a way that often synchronically reflects meaningful aspects of each participant’s inner and outer world.

It is a beautifully multi-layered and multi-dimensional experience—both inspiring and insightful. Within a group setting characterised by aligned energy and openness, powerful intentions begin to unfold. Through play, reflection, and interaction, transformation naturally emerges.

This special game combines elements of psychology, the structure of a board game, and continuous feedback. It is played with real-life personal goals and situations in mind, making the experience deeply relevant and grounded. Guided by an experienced facilitator, the process resembles a group coaching session, creating space for both individual insight and collective learning.

Participants gain valuable clarity and move closer to their personal objectives, while also discovering new ways to navigate challenges and setbacks. The game can be seen as a miniature model of life—it begins symbolically at birth and progresses through physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

At its core, the Transformation Game is an interactive group experience that is at once playfully engaging and deeply meaningful—offering both lightness and depth, structure and intuition, reflection and action.

RULES OF THE GAME

This board game is played in English between 4-7 players in a joyful and collaborative way. It is held at a location of a coaching practice and facilitated by a certified professional coach. In the beginning every player sets a specific intention to create change in some area of their lives. The intention is shared with other players, who then, together with the facilitator, support each other in reaching their objective.

TIMING

The game unfolds according to its own wisdom and may take anything between 4 to 7 hours. It is best to set some quiet time for yourself in the evening and not to plan other social engagements in the evening directly after the game. This will allow you the space to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
