The Talent for Good Fair 2025

 

The Talent for Good Fair 2025 is the largest purpose-driven career fair in the Netherlands, designed for students, recent graduates, and young professionals eager to build meaningful careers in peace, justice, sustainability, development, and other impact-focused sectors. The fourth edition and is organised by The Hague Humanity Hub with the support of the Municipality of The Hague and the Hague University of Applied Sciences in collaboration with other universities and impact-driven organisations. The Talent for Good Fair is not only an event — it’s a gateway for young talent ready to contribute to a more just, sustainable, and inclusive world.

 

Taking place at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, this unique event connects mission-driven talent with organisations actively working to create a better world. It offers a powerful platform for attendees to explore values-based career paths, engage in skill-building workshops, and connect directly with professionals and recruiters shaping the future of impact work.
