The programme consists of:
- – The Momentum program takes approximately 4,5 months, including a few breaks.
- – The workload is +/- 12 hours per week, including the 4 hours of a live check-in on Friday mornings.
- – You can attend the online course at Equals every Friday morning and then stay to work at the collab space.
- – Each participant is assigned a buddy, who is another participant from the same cohort.
- – In addition, each participant is assigned a life coach to explore their superpowers further (two 1-on-1 sessions) and a business mentor to work on their proposition and pitch (two 1-on-1 sessions).
- – The kick-off, the start of each module (Superpowers, Focus, Proposition), the pitch preparation and Demo Day are all hybrid events (offline and online). In total, there are six hybrid moments with other participants. The remaining meetings will be held online.
- – You are welcome to meet with your assigned coach and business mentor 1-on-1 at Equals or in a Workmode location of your choice.
Phase 1: Superpowers
Unlock your identity’s entrepreneurial power. Leverage what makes you unique for business success.
Modules: Values and expertise, strengths and interests, design strategies and tackle barriers.
Phase 2: Focus
Use your superpowers to identify and explore a problem, then craft a creative question and a master idea to solve it.
Modules: What problem are you solving, market research, customer development, what is your idea, value proposition canvas.
Phase 3: Proposition
Refine your master idea and craft a compelling story and pitch to communicate it effectively.
Modules: Lean canvas, prototype testing, vision and storyline, pitching.
LANGUAGE
This programme will be conducted in English. Professional working proficiency of English is required for participation. Mentoring sessions with Monika Matuszewska from LaMatu can be conducted in either Dutch, English or Polish.

In its 3-month accelerator programme, the participants accomplish what would typically take 2 years on their own. Startups consistently see a 2.5x increase in valuation following the accelerator and, on average, raise €1.5m within 6-12 months of joining us. For each programme, 10 companies are selected to take part in a tailored and intense 3-month acceleration program. Each team gets extensive mentorship from +100 entrepreneurs, investors, and partners.

Workmode is the organiser of “The Self-Made Summit” a yearly inspiring event in Amsterdam made out of dreams and self-confidence.
