The IamExpat Fair is an international one-day event designed to connect and support the expat community in the Netherlands. ABOUT THE IAMEXPAT FAIR
The IamExpat Fair is an international one-day event designed to connect and support the expat community in the Netherlands. Since its launch, the event has established itself as a leading expat fair in the Netherlands and became a popular meeting place for expats and local businesses. The fair is designed to support internationals in the Netherlands, providing them with everything they need in one location, on one day. The last edition held in Amsterdam has connected over 400 companies with more than 24.200 visitors from 150 countries around the world, and run 200 workshops and information sessions, making it the leading fair for internationals in the Netherlands.

AGENDA
The fair is open between 10:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. In addition to visiting the exhibition you may attend several complimentary workshops and presentations at the fair. Various free workshops and presentations, where industry insiders will be sharing their knowledge on how things work in the Netherlands, will be running throughout the day. Attendees of the Amsterdam edition of the IamExpat Fair Amsterdam 2025 can participate in two promotionS organised by LaMatu on Saturday, 8th of March 2025 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., at the booth of LaMatu.
- 1. The Promotion consists of a draw of one ticket worth €123 (incl. VAT) to a Cashflow Game 1-day workshop organised by LaMatu and hosted in Amsterdam on Saturday, 15th of March 2024. The ticket entitles the lucky winner to free participation at the event without any extra charges. The Promotion is open only to prospective clients of LaMatu. Current or past coaching clients as well as participants who have already partook at other events organised or co-hosted by LaMatu are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. - 2. Visitors to the stand may also benefit from 3 complimentary coaching sessions worth €300 incl. VAT. Also this promotion is exclusively being offered to the visitors of IamExpat Fair 2025 in Amsterdam on Saturday, 08.03.2025. The offer applies to all bookings of packages 9 paid individual coaching sessions for €900 incl. VAT. The booking with corresponding payment of €900 incl. VAT needs to be completed by Thursday, 20.03.2025. Clients who make use of this special offer will receive 3 additional coaching sessions at no extra charge, and their trajectory will be extended from 9 to 12 sessions. A 12-session package regularly costs €1.200 incl. VAT, which translates to savings of €300 incl. VAT. Regular Terms of Service of LaMatu apply.
VENUE
Located in the heart of Amsterdam, Beurs van Berlage is one of the city’s most iconic and historic venues. Originally built as a commodity exchange in the late 19th century, this architectural masterpiece now serves as a vibrant hub for events, conferences, and cultural activities. Designed by renowned Dutch architect Hendrik Petrus Berlage, the building is celebrated for its striking brick façade, elegant towers, and spacious interiors that blend historical charm with modern functionality.
DIRECTIONS
Beurs van Berlage is conveniently located in the center of Amsterdam, making it easily accessible by various modes of public transport.
- By Train: The venue is just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. As you exit the station, head south towards Damrak, and you will find the Beurs van Berlage on your left-hand side.
- By Tram: Several tram lines stop close to the venue. You can take tram numbers 2, 4, 12, 13, 14, or 17 and get off at the Dam stop, which is just a short walk away.
- By Metro: If you’re taking the metro, you can use lines 51, 52, or 53 to reach Amsterdam Centraal Station, and then walk to the venue from there.
REGISTRATION
- – Entrance to the fair is free or €5 with prior online registration through Eventbrite.
- – There’s a limited quantity of complimentary tickets available.
- – After the complimentary Early Bird tickets are sold out, price goes up to €5.
- – If purchased at the door tickets cost €10.
- – You will need to register separately for workshops and presentations.
- – The first 2.000 visitors will receive a free tote bag.
