​Monika Matuszewska is the founder of LaMatu, a coaching practice in Amsterdam, dedicated to helping ambitious women unlock their full potential. Monika has been featured in the 2025 Women’s Day edition of the national “Role Model Campaign” by Equals. Her coaching practice won several awards in including the title of “Best Career Mentor for Women in Tech 2025” by Corporate Vision.

Monika is an accomplished business professional, and over the period of 16 years she built a career for multinational corporate organisations including IBM, Philips, IKEA, Nikon and L’Oréal. In addition to her experience as a keynote speaker and a manager in digital tech roles working for international companies, she brings to her training sessions the knowledge she has gathered working as a professional coach with hundreds of clients across different industries.

As a seasoned professional trainer and public speaker with rich experience in designing and delivering impactful training programmes for diverse audiences, she has led thousands of participants through her transformative workshop sessions and captivated audiences on large conference stages.

Her keynote talks and training sessions typically contain elements of positive psychology, neuro-linguistic programming and game theory. She is a big believer in “edutainment”, blending education with entertainment, often in the form of simulation games. Monika focuses on delivering practical, engaging, and interactive sessions that equip the attendees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

As a coach with a passion for empowering leaders, Monika feels inspired to guide her clients on their entrepreneurial path, be it launching a new venture, running a side business or a transitioning from employment to becoming a business owner. As a professionally certified coach, master NLP practitioner and yoga teacher Monika applies a holistic approach and combines different methodologies to best suit the individual needs of her clients.

She aims to leave each coachee inspired to create a life fully lived and aligned with their highest purpose, and brings the same intention to this session.
